The challenge

The client runs an exclusive rewards event where selected participants enjoy a premium resort experience with daily activities. The brief called for a high end look that felt effortless and summery, without drifting away from the existing brand. The identity needed to feel luxurious and calm, work across multiple resorts and extend smoothly into promotional materials and on site touchpoints.


My approach

I started by simplifying the original event logo to make it feel more refined and readable. I cleaned lines, adjusted proportions and focused on elegance and clarity. From the brand’s existing palette, I selected a set of beach inspired colors that suggested warmth, sun and sea while keeping a premium feel. To complete the language, I designed a family of minimalist line illustrations that referenced the resort setting and supported the logo in a subtle way.


The work

The identity came to life across print, digital and on site applications:

  • Refined logo with simplified geometry and improved legibility

  • Beach inspired color selection derived from the master brand

  • A set of minimalist line icons to support layouts and wayfinding

  • Promotional assets for invitations, email and social media

  • Resort signage and branded pieces for daily activities

  • Artwork preparation for production partners across different venues

Everything was designed to feel light, relaxed and premium, with layouts that stayed consistent and easy to extend.


The outcome

The event identity delivered a calm and luxurious look that matched the resort experience. The refined logo and color choices created a clear visual thread across promotions and on site materials. Teams were able to produce assets quickly and the visuals felt coherent across different locations. The result was an elegant brand presence that made the experience feel considered from first invitation to final day.
